Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist - Sales

Williams Buick GMC is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic business development team and be the voice of our dealership to prospective customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering exceptional service, we want to meet you!

Role Overview

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the car-buying journey. You'll be the first point of contact for sales inquiries, connecting with customers by phone, email, and text to help them schedule appointments, get information, and move confidently through their shopping experience.

This is not a traditional sales role - it's a career-launching opportunity for someone passionate about service, communication, and building rapport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Proactively follow up with leads to schedule showroom appointments
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Reach out to previous customers with current offers and promotions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create seamless customer handoffs
  • Deliver product information with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Confident and friendly phone presence is a must!
Preferred Experience
  • Prior customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
